This was our second time calling HVAC Jack, and once again the service was excellent. We called first thing this morning when we realized our furnace wasn’t working, and he was at our house within two hours. He was incredibly kind and professional—even asked if we wanted a coffee when he arrived. He quickly diagnosed the issue (a clogged intake valve), fixed it, and was out the door in about 45 minutes.
